We are seeking a versatile professional to manage hiring, oversee office operations and support the team during client projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Full recruitment cycle: job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling and onboarding.
- Employee records management and payroll coordination.
- Attendance tracking and HR operation optimization.
- Employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Office Operations & Coordination
- Day-to-day office activities and workflow maintenance.
- Vendor and freelancer coordination as needed.
- Project tracking and team assistance.
- Production Support
- Client shoot logistics and crew coordination.
- Prop management and client communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Admin or Operations (agency/creative industry background preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Flexibility in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful and responsible individual.
