Job Title: Corporate Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretary to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of corporate laws, securities laws, and governance practices. They will also possess excellent drafting, communication, and compliance management skills.

In addition to their technical expertise, they should be proficient in MS Office, compliance software, and e-filing portals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI, FEMA, NSE/BSE, and other statutory regulations.
  • Maintain statutory registers, records, and complete annual filings with MCA.
  • Organize and manage Board Meetings & General Meetings – draft notices, agendas, and minutes.
  • Advise the Board and Management on corporate governance & legal compliance.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Handle corporate secretarial audits and support statutory auditors.
  • Liaise with NSE/BSE, ROC, SEBI, RTA, Depositories, and regulators.
  • Manage investor relations, shareholding compliance, and corporate filings.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI).
  • Strong knowledge of corporate laws, securities laws, and governance practices.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and compliance management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, compliance software, and e-filing portals.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a listed/unlisted company.
