
Administrative Support Specialist

Lady HR Officer is a dynamic role responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support employee relations activities, including addressing queries, conflict resolution, and promoting positive engagement.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Coordinate and support employee training and development initiatives.
- Analyze HR data to generate reports on metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment statistics.
- Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and assisting in the selection and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, benefits information, and other HR-related documentation.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and support employee training and development initiatives.
- HR Reporting and Analytics: Compile and analyze HR data to generate reports on metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment statistics.
