Job Summary

Lady HR Officer is a dynamic role responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support employee relations activities, including addressing queries, conflict resolution, and promoting positive engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Coordinate and support employee training and development initiatives.
  • Analyze HR data to generate reports on metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment statistics.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and assisting in the selection and onboarding of new employees.
  2. Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, benefits information, and other HR-related documentation.
  3. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  4. Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  5. Training and Development: Coordinate and support employee training and development initiatives.
  6. HR Reporting and Analytics: Compile and analyze HR data to generate reports on metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment statistics.
