We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to support our consultancy operations. This role involves managing the application process for maritime candidates applying to global cruise opportunities across official cruise line portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit client applications accurately across various cruise line platforms and official portals.
- Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise line eligibility requirements, processes, and document checklists.
- Organise, manage, and upload necessary documentation for each applicant.
- Track progress of submitted applications and coordinate timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth process flow and status updates.
- Maintain records and generate weekly reports for management review.
