Job Summary:
The role of Secretary to the General Manager is a vital position that requires strong organizational and communication skills.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team and optimizing office workflow procedures. Your responsibilities will include managing daily/weekly/monthly agendas, preparing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, redirecting them when necessary
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
- Assume administrative support duties to optimize workflow procedures
- Support and facilitate regular reports
- Develop and maintain accurate filing systems
- Check office supplies and place orders as needed
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff members
- Document expenses and submit reports in a timely manner
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties to provide excellent customer service
