Renewable Energy Sales Executive

Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and account management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct site visits and techno-commercial discussions with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industrial customers, and channel partners.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar/renewable energy, electrical, or infrastructure sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering, Commerce, Management, or equivalent).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand basic technical details of solar systems (training will be provided if needed).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
