Are you a seasoned professional seeking a challenging role in Renewable Energy? We have an 18-month opportunity for a Team Leader available in Madhya Pradesh.

This position involves overseeing advisory packages, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines. You will also conduct thorough evaluations of substation performance, analysing electrical and automation aspects, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting upgrade requirements.

Additionally, you will perform Power Flow Studies to assess load conditions, voltage stability and network strengthening recommendations using tools such as ETAP. Furthermore, you will generate detailed Equipment Condition Reports for critical substation assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact with clients and engaging with state government officials and DISCOMs. You will also lead project personnel, manage team members and ensure project deployment within budget.

For this role, we require a university degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering or related fields. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in Renewable Energy, with 6 years in Solar Energy and grid integration exposure, is essential.

We are looking for individuals with deep technical knowledge of solar PV and distribution grid operations. Proven project management expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are also required.
