Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Senior Executive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of search execution, including managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead research mapping, candidate engagement, and client relationship management from commencement to closure of the mandate.
  • Manage existing relationships with clients and ensure effective 'farming' of these relationships.
  • Work on multiple mandates from various industries, sectors, functions, geographic regions, and in conjunction with other associates in joint assignments.
  • Proactively assist consultants with marketing, pitches, presentations, and candidate closure.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bright, articulate, and well-presented individual.
  • Well-organized with a calm and unflappable temperament.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • First-rate organizational skills.
  • Proactive, willing, and adaptable.
  • A good team player.
