Service Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our service operations for press part tooling customers.
- Coordinating across departments for smooth service delivery is crucial to success in this role.
- A proven track record of handling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and executing tasks on time is essential.
- Candidate must have a proactive and solution-oriented approach to resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ability to guide and mentor service engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge is vital.
- Maintaining accurate service documentation and performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement is a key responsibility.
- Driving continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction through regular feedback and analysis is also expected.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. We are looking for candidates with 8–10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering / Tooling industry who possess strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities are necessary for success in this role. Handling audits and regulatory compliance is also necessary to ensure adherence to pharma engineering standards and safety protocols.
