Marketing Executive – Leasing Godowns

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Professional to promote and increase occupancy of our godown/warehouse rental spaces through integrated marketing strategies.

  • Promote godown/warehouse rental services through online and offline channels.
  • Identify potential clients (logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, etc.) and generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, brokers, agents, and channel partners.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for site visits and client presentations.
  • Create and manage listings on property portals.
  • Run digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, SEO) to boost visibility.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetups to generate new leads.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and update CRM tools regularly.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.

Key qualifications include a bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing or related field, 10–15 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial leasing, or real estate, strong communication and negotiation skills, basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, and fluency in English and local language preferred.
