Inventory Associate Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure inventory accuracy is optimally maintained for all customers in the warehouse environment.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy at 99.65% or above.
  • Reduce inventory loss to less than 0.03% and minimize warehouse damages through effective procedures.
  • Maintain accurate packing material counts on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with internal/external auditors to provide required data and support business operations.
  • Design and implement procedures to ensure zero loss of high-value items.

Qualifications:

Any graduate with strong analytical skills and experience in inventory management.

Experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, familiar with different order processing software, and able to learn new technologies quickly.
