Strategic Sales Expert Wanted for Business Growth
Job DescriptionAs a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for clients. With our expertise spanning consulting, research, executive hiring, and digital transformation, we have successfully completed over 550 projects.
This is a full-time on-site position based in Surat, India, where you will work closely with clients to provide sales consulting services, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver top-notch customer service.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in sales consulting and strategic consulting, preferably in the management consulting industry. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging with clients to understand their business goals and challenges
- Providing tailored sales consulting services aligned with client needs and business objectives
- Conducting needs assessments, diagnosing issues, and developing consultative solutions to improve client performance
- Driving business development efforts, including lead generation, presentations, and proposal development
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting or strategic consulting, preferably in the management consulting industry
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering consulting solutions to SMEs or corporate clients
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and client management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
To be successful in this role, you must have a solid foundation in sales consulting and strategic consulting. You should be able to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.
You will also need to have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and client management.
