In this role, you will deliver training (primarily live remote and occasionally on-site) to clients of ONESOURCE Corporate Tax and related tax technology software solutions. You will work closely with clients and Thomson Reuters teams (Professional Services, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and others).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering training sessions focused on Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Corporate Tax (UK, Netherland, and other countries) and related tax technology software applications
  • Conducting multi-customer workshops as well as classes dedicated to single customers
  • Working with clients and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and delivery methods for customer and partner training
  • Creating and continuously improving the content of the training materials to coincide with product updates and developments, in different delivery types (instructor-led workshops, eLearning, videos, exams)
  • Maintaining and administering training surveys, tracking completion rate and scores/feedback

About the Role

You will play a crucial part in shaping the future of tax and regulatory knowledge professionals. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex tax environments and stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Degree in Finance, Tax & Accounting, or similar
  • Tax knowledge and experience of working within a statutory reporting environment
  • Chartered Accountant credential's part or fully qualified
  • ONESOURCE Corporate Tax product knowledge preferred, knowledge of ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting is a plus

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
