About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate tax reporting to tax authorities globally. You will work closely with internal business partners to resolve tax-related issues, answer questions, and provide expert advice on withholding taxes. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate complex tax ideas will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders by serving as the tax liaison for general inquiries and project initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product management and technology teams to develop solutions that ensure customer delight.
  • Prepare materials needed for yearly tax filings and audit requirements.
  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external teams and customers.
  • Serve as the tax compliance resource on global tax projects, including collaboration with the core project team.
  • Define key metrics and create reports to measure process efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or commerce (B.Com)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with finance operations, shared services, or account payable experience
  • Proven track record in learning and applying new technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
