About the Role

  • As a technical trainer, you will lead training sessions focused on Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Corporate Tax (UK, Netherland and other countries) and related tax technology software applications.
  • You will conduct multi-customer workshops as well as classes dedicated to single customers.
  • Your responsibilities will include delivering training sessions live remotely and onsite/at the client location as needed.
  • You will work with clients and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and delivery methods for customer and partner training.
  • Collaborating with product SMEs and the training content development team, you will create and continuously improve the content of the training materials to coincide with product updates and developments, in different delivery types (instructor-led workshops, eLearning, videos, exams).
  • You will be responsible for performing courseware updates.
  • Maintaining and administering training surveys, tracking completion rate and scores/feedback is also part of your duties.
  • Additionally, you will communicate internally to ensure billings are accurate and timely.
  • You will book and allocate back all required travel arrangements.
  • Actively developing ONESOURCE product knowledge is essential for this role.

About You

  • To be successful in this position, you should have a degree in Finance, Tax & Accounting, or similar.
  • Tax knowledge and experience of working within a statutory reporting environment is crucial.
  • A Chartered Accountant credential's part or fully qualified is highly desirable.
  • ONESOURCE Corporate Tax product knowledge preferred, knowledge of ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting is a plus.
  • Candidate must be customer-focused and interested in being part of a revenue-generating department.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently is necessary.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is between $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
