About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Delivery Director to lead our high-performing software delivery teams and drive the successful execution of complex web development, custom software, and mobile app projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in managing end-to-end software development processes, and a deep understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse projects, including web development, custom software, and mobile applications. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. Implement and champion Agile, Scrum, or other relevant project management methodologies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team alignment and productivity. Facilitate collaboration among teams working on web, custom software, and mobile app projects.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations. Conduct regular status updates, progress reviews, and demonstrations with clients. Address client concerns, manage expectations, and provide exceptional service.
  • Technology Oversight: Ensure the team follows best practices in web development, custom software development, and mobile app design. Collaborate with technical leads to solve complex challenges and implement scalable, secure solutions. Leverage AWS Cloud services for hosting, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and deployment processes across all projects. Ensure timely identification and resolution of technical issues and bugs. Implement best practices in software development and testing to guarantee quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Software Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in web development, custom software, and mobile app environments.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, mobile frameworks, and software development tools (e.g., React, Angular, ReactJS, PHP, Python, .Net).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban project management frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, and Trello.
  • Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance cover for self, spouse, and children, Provident Fund, Paid Time off, Weekends off, Flexible work hours, and Public holidays.
