About the Opportunity

We are seeking a senior professional to oversee the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of financial and accounting processes across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Enhancement: Develop standardized intercompany processes aligned with global policies and best practices.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks related to intercompany transactions.
  • Change Leadership: Lead change initiatives related to process updates, system upgrades, or organizational restructuring.
  • Governance Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and tax requirements related to intercompany transactions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for intercompany process issues.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor process effectiveness.
  • System Implementation: Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP systems and tools supporting intercompany processes.
About You

We seek an experienced professional with strong leadership and communication skills, along with knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, ERP systems, and automation tools. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a global matrix environment and be able to handle multiple projects.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They should also have a collaborative approach to work, being able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

In addition, they should have a solid understanding of business operations, be analytical, and have a logical approach to solving problems. The candidate should also be proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
