We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic planning director to lead our pre-construction initiatives and drive successful project execution from planning to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine project scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives within approved frameworks
- Lead planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management efforts
- Monitor progress and conduct review meetings to ensure alignment
- Establish baselines and oversee resource deployment, quality compliance, and time management
