The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role in a reputable 5-star brand and possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience working in a commercial hotel kitchen is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Operations: Assist the Executive Chef in planning, preparing, and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations.
  • Team Management: Provide effective support to the production team to ensure efficient services are provided.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain strict adherence to HACCP procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with creativity and flair in menu development.
  • Well-developed organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and engagement skills.
Salary and Benefits
