Enterprise Risk Specialist

As a seasoned Risk Management Professional, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating operational risks across various departments. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing risk assessment frameworks and methodologies, ensuring the implementation of risk controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to identify potential operational risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in operational risk management, preferably in an NBFC or financial services environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Operational Risk Management
- Identify and evaluate operational risks associated with third-party interactions, including cybersecurity vulnerabilities and non-compliance with regulations.
- Manage third parties, external risk assessments, and issues.
Policy Development
- Assist in the development and updating of operational risk policies and procedures.
- Ensure policies are aligned with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
System Testing
- Conduct UAT for ORM development and implementation.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in management, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a risk management role.
