Job Overview

The Audit Associate II plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to clients by providing high-quality audit services.

This position involves working closely with senior professionals to plan, execute, and review audits, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and auditing procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify issues and apply relevant accounting principles/auditing procedures
  • Work on multiple engagements simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Prepare clear, concise, and well-organized work-papers with definitive conclusions and meaningful recommendations
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients, demonstrating a proactive interest in understanding their business needs
  • Maintain confidentiality and display exemplary work habits when communicating with clients
  • Participate in training and mentoring of new associates, fostering a collaborative team environment
Requirements
  • Graduate or PG degree in Finance
  • 2-4 years of audit experience, preferably in the U.S.
  • Experience in Manufacturing & Distribution industry is an advantage
  • Strong time and work management skills, with ability to work in a team environment
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Experience with CaseWare preferred
