Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Collections Manager. As part of our dynamic finance operations team, you will be responsible for managing and processing various collections-related activities.

  • Responsibilities include receiving and making inbound and outbound calls to connect with customers, as well as analyzing accounts and setting targets for collection plans and strategies.
  • You will oversee collection activities for active customers in the North America and Canada region, manage call logs, and ensure timely payments by coordinating with customers and cash application teams.
  • Additionally, you will support other finance operations by providing and receiving information from customers regarding invoicing, collection, and cash application.
  • Proactive contact and follow-up are necessary to encourage timely payment and resolve any commercial customer service issues that may arise.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a strong understanding of business administration and finance principles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as Baan, Qolsys, Amer, Oracle, and SAP is preferred, as well as experience working within a shared services environment.

What We Look For:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in commerce or a relevant field is desired, but not mandatory.
  • 5-7 years of experience in North America collections process is required, with a preference for those who have experience in process transition.
  • Excellent English language skills with clear American pronunciation are essential, as well as proficiency in collections tools like Getpaid, Contact Tool, High Radius.
