Clients Account Manager
Manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and lead content strategy for ABM and digital marketing campaigns. Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams, coordinate deliverables, and drive projects to timely and successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand client briefs and business goals, especially for ABM and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and oversee deliverables such as presentations, creative designs, and videos aligned with client requirements.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely delivery.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, tracking timelines and ensuring quality control of deliverables.
- Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams.
Lead content strategy by interpreting client objectives, target audience, and messaging tone. Translate client briefs into actionable content plans, selecting appropriate formats (written, visual, video).
Develop strategic, engaging content tailored to digital marketing needs. Collaborate with internal teams to vet content ensuring alignment with brand and business expectations. Incorporate feedback while maintaining ownership of content strategy.
Deliver high-quality content that resonates with clients' target audiences, driving engagement and conversion rates.
