Senior AVP Business Revenue Manager

Job Summary:
As an Executive Director for Post-Trade Operations at RECEX, you will be responsible for overseeing the post-trade process, ensuring timely settlement of trades and accurate trade confirmations. You will also coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve settlement issues promptly, monitor and manage post-trade risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients post-sales.
- Address client inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
Trade Settlement and Confirmation:
- Oversee and ensure timely settlement of trades and accurate trade confirmations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve settlement issues promptly.
Risk Management:
- Monitor and manage post-trade risks, including settlement credit and operational risks.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline post-sales processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to reduce risk and cost.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and analyze post-trade reports for management and clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to post-sales activities.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and provide training as necessary.
Recruitment of Team Members:
- Recruit and train Call and Trade and dealers in terms of performance, Training Quality, and attrition management.
