Job Title: Compliance Officer

  • Key Responsibilities: Ensure establishment compliance and monitor vendor compliance through regular audits and progress reports.
  • Handle routine queries and maintain accurate records of government dues, ESIC, and EPF.
  • Coordinate with unit compliance SPOCs to consolidate self-audit checklists, COC/WB, and POSH reports.
  • Verify vendor bills and ensure timely payment clearance.
  • Prepare miscellaneous files and manage ERP systems efficiently.
  • Submit periodic returns and maintain track for units.
  • Manage CATS handling and query resolution.
  • Implement new CATS modules and coordinate with vendors, units, and OSVEs.
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly training sessions on HR statutory compliance.
  • Attend legal notices, liaison with government agencies, and participate in all inspections and notifications.
  • Audit establishment compliance, vendor compliance, and CATS processes regularly.

Requirements:
  • Skills: Strong understanding of compliance regulations, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in compliance or related roles.
