Strategic Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Finance Manager to partner with our Directors and lead finance operations across group businesses.

  • Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with plant finance teams.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management information systems (MIS), and compliance across various verticals.
  • Manage working capital, banking relationships, and fund flows to ensure zero defaults.
  • Lead cost analysis and dashboard development for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure smooth export-import documentation processes.

Requirements:

  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent certification.
  • 5-7 years' experience in finance, accounts, taxation, exports, and imports.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing background.
  • Strong command of Google Sheets and MIS reporting, along with BOM creation.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with bankers and institutions.
  • Proven people management skills with remote teams.
