Job Title: QA Automation Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our automated testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional and automation testing, as well as deep understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented QA engineer to design and develop automated test scripts using cutting-edge tools like Selenium, TestNG, or Cucumber. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into comprehensive test strategies. Your expertise will be invaluable in implementing best practices for test automation, including continuous integration and continuous development.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated test scripts using automated tools such as Selenium, Selenium for Web and Desktop based applications.
- Maintain and execute existing automated regression suites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into comprehensive test strategies.
- Implement best practices for test automation, including continuous integration and continuous development.
- Analyze test results and work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues.

Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in functional and automation testing.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Test Automation using automation tools such as Selenium.
- Strong understanding of scripting languages (e.g., VB Script).
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Extensive experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., UFT, Selenium, TestNG, or Cucumber).
- Experience in Version controlling tools (e.g., GIT).
- Knowledge of SQL queries and database testing.
- Strong understanding of ETL and Data migration Testing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum development process.
