Process Developer - Accounts Payable

Are you ready to drive innovation in Accounts Payable? We're looking for a skilled Process Developer to join our team and help us shape the future of work.

As a Process Developer, you will be responsible for managing invoice receipt, validation, and processing in alignment with company policies. You will also perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate submission of payment proposals through approved channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoice receipt, validation, and processing in alignment with company policies
  • Transactional Processing for Purchase order and Non-Purchase order backed invoices
  • Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of payment proposal through approved channels
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Rich experience in Accounts Payable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in India-related Stat requirements
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with industry regulations related to collections and dispute resolution
