About the Job

This challenging opportunity is designed for seasoned security professionals looking to leverage their expertise in Endpoint Extended Detection and Response (EDR) to safeguard digital assets and maintain trust with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 7.5 years of experience in EDR and have strong knowledge of Zscaler DLP or equivalent enterprise-grade DLP tools.

We are seeking an accomplished professional who can lead end-to-end DLP incident investigation and response, own DLP policy lifecycle management, and drive targeted monitoring by identifying suspicious users and updating policy rules accordingly.

Main Responsibilities
  • Incident Investigation and Response: Lead investigations and responses to ensure timely triage and escalation.
  • DLP Policy Management: Own the creation, fine-tuning, testing, deployment, and rollback of DLP policies.
  • Targeted Monitoring: Identify suspicious users and update policy rules to drive proactive monitoring.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on Experience: 6+ years of experience in Data Security/DLP operations.
  • Tool Expertise: Deep knowledge of Zscaler DLP or equivalent enterprise-grade DLP tools.
  • ServiceNow Proficiency: Strong proficiency in ServiceNow for incident/change/request management.

A security certification is preferred, and you should have a solid understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and DLP best practices.
