Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key role in our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in alternative investment funds and be well-versed in fund-level agreements, including LPAs and side letters.

The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, analyzing fund-level agreements and providing critical support to our AI-driven data extraction systems. They will also be responsible for training junior team members and mentoring them in reviewing and validating the output generated by the AI platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as lead reviewer of AI-extracted data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
  2. Verify output from Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), side letters, and related legal documents against source material to correct discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  3. Train junior team members and maintain quality controls through oversight.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a legal, compliance, or paralegal role with substantial exposure to alternative investment funds.
  • Proven track record of working with fund-level documents like LPAs, side letters, and related legal agreements.
