Financial Strategist Opportunity

Ethos is looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our Finance & Strategy Team as a Financial Strategist.

This role will play a key part in supporting the development and execution of various strategic initiatives, requiring a combination of analytical, operational, and technical skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to evaluate key business problems, track key performance indicators, and build models to ensure teams are sufficiently resourced to meet growth needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate key business problems and identify areas for improvement
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and Finance teams on high-impact projects
  • Build and maintain models to inform strategic decisions
  • Understand and track key performance indicators for the business

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles at major investment banks or consulting firms
  • Private equity or growth equity experience at high-growth technology companies
  • Best-in-class Excel skills and extensive experience developing quantitative analyses
  • Motivated self-starter with a track record of success and excellent communication skills

Benefits:

  • Able to work until 2pm Pacific Time (~2:30am IST) to overlap with US-based functions 2-3 days a week
