Job Summary:

The role entails overseeing the financial management and reporting of manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting timely and accurate financial statements and reports to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing costs, variances, and production performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and manage annual budgeting process for manufacturing operations, including capital expenditure planning.
  • Optimize inventory levels through effective inventory controls and physical verification processes.
  • Design and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting and long-term financial planning.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (CA, CA Inter, MBA) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to high-level reporting.
  • possess strong knowledge of IFRS, and cross-border compliance requirements.
