Job Overview

This role is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing training programs to ensure consistent service excellence across multiple hotel properties.

The successful candidate will partner with hotel leadership teams to identify training needs and develop property-specific learning strategies.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing and delivering core training programs, customizing training content to reflect the needs and culture of each property, and implementing blended learning strategies.

Additionally, this role involves conducting training needs assessments, monitoring performance data, analyzing guest feedback and quality audit scores, and identifying training gaps and improvement areas.

  • Develop targeted learning solutions based on business objectives and performance outcomes
  • Deliver leadership development programs for supervisors, managers and high-potential team members
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training role within the hospitality industry, with multi-property exposure preferred
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms and instructional design is an asset
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills
  • Ability to design engaging and impactful training content

This role requires a culturally sensitive individual with excellent organizational and project management skills. Fluency in [languages required or preferred] is also beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a regular full-time position that requires willingness to travel between assigned hotel locations and flexibility to accommodate training across various shifts.
