Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Director to lead our financial operations across the region.

This senior leadership role will oversee all financial functions, ensuring strong financial health, compliance, and strategic growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and other center leads to drive business growth and optimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in multinational corporations, a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, and advanced qualifications such as an MBA, CA, CPA, or CFA. Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), financial modeling, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is required.

You must have knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as local laws and regulations in the region.

Familiarity with cash flow management, working capital optimization, and stakeholder management is essential for this position.

Reporting directly to the CFO, APAC & Africa, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's financial strategy and driving business growth.
