Key Finance Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead our financial operations across India.

  • Accounting and Financial Management: Responsible for managing the entire finance function of the company, including fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT / Service Tax, statutory compliance, IGAAP and IND knowledge.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Monthly review of books of accounts and financial reports, with accurate finalization of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly balance sheets, P&L, and other compliance.
  • Cash Flow and Working Capital Management: Timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues, Managing daily cash flow and working capital.
  • Procurement and Compliance: Handling procure to pay, order to cash, capex management, salary and employee reimbursements.
  • Taxation and Compliance: Preparing and finalizing income tax returns, monthly GST returns, and monthly TDS reconciliation of input tax credit, ensuring zero non-compliance under GST and Income Tax Act.

This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve peak performance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytics and reporting skills, expertise with accounting systems, POS systems, and cost and inventory systems. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, have a high-level attention to detail, and partner with others to promote teamwork.
