Job Title: Software Asset Management Expert

 

Job Description

The role of a Technical Consultant in Software Asset Management is to collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement solutions for IT Asset Management and SAM.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, integrating SAM solutions with other enterprise systems, and troubleshooting complex issues.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing ServiceNow applications, including expertise in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or functional programming languages, is required.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for this role.

Desirable experience includes at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow SAM implementations, custom integrations using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, or Scripted REST API, and configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical skills include experience with ServiceNow, programming languages, and software development methodologies.

Candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Experience with integration tools and technologies such as REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, or Scripted REST API is highly desirable.
