Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

  • This is a challenging position for an experienced professional to design, build, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks for UI, API, performance, and integration testing.
  • The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of business, infrastructure, system architecture, design, internal and external interfaces, and use cases.
  • The Software Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with the development team to ensure that all aspects of the application are thoroughly tested, including automated testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience in test automation tools such as Selenium with Cucumber is required.
  • A strong background in software testing, particularly in automation, is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks for UI, API, performance, and integration testing.
  • Develop and execute automation test scripts.
  • Analyze test results and prepare test reports.
  • Provide training to the team on related skills.
  • Ensure team members understand requirements and translate them to test cases/test execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in automation of cloud-based multi-tier architecture applications.
  • Strong knowledge of designing and implementing automation framework using Selenium with Cucumber.
  • Strong knowledge in performance and load testing.
  • Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, JavaScript.
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD using Jenkins, GIT, and BITBUCKET.
  • Good knowledge of TestNG, TDD Framework, IntelliJ.
