
Regional Banking Leader

As a seasoned banking professional, you will lead our team of Area Business Managers to drive growth in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) lending across various channels. With over 3000 customers under your care, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, collaborating with captive channels, and enhancing revenue streams through existing products and new offerings.
Job Role- Strategize and execute plans to expand business in assigned geographies through multiple channels.
- Collaborate with branch banking, wealth management, and other teams to generate leads and ensure maximum lead origination.
- Build a strong customer base by providing exceptional service and increasing product penetration to boost revenue.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance revenue streams through existing and new products.
- Drive cross-selling of corporate salary mandates, general insurance, mediclaim, wealth accounts, and other services.
- Engage with key clients, promoters, and CXOs to foster strong relationships and drive acquisition of new clients.
- Expand business to new geographies and penetrate existing ones effectively.
- Oversee team performance, inspire results-driven behavior, and facilitate process improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Chartered accountant or MBA with at least 14 years of relevant experience.
- Leadership role experience for at least 4 years.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Knowledge of SME banking products, analytical, and financial skills.
- Strong credit knowledge.
- Ability to lead and build a high-performance team.
- Strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, and desired personality traits.
