Job Title: Lead Assessor - Social Audit

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough social audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of companies' social compliance practices to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address non-compliances, ensuring seamless integration of social audit results into business operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of audit findings and progress, facilitating effective decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven customer service orientation, results-driven with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment with individuals of diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
  • Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in social compliance and CTPAT auditing, with a minimum of 200 verifiable social compliance audit days.
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is highly desirable.
  • SA8000 Auditor Certification, RBA, BSCI Certification, Higg, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Familiarity with international and local labor standards, as well as human rights issues, is desired.
  • Willingness to frequently travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
