Senior Manager Data Science

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead the development of innovative data-driven solutions for clients. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with internal and external teams to design and implement high-performance analytical models that drive business results.

Our ideal candidate possesses a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical analysis. Your expertise will help us unlock value for our clients through the application of cutting-edge technology.

  • Designing and implementing high-performance analytical models in support of product and project objectives
  • Researching and developing next-generation solutions in core functional areas related to digital marketing, customer experience, AdTech, CRM, and Campaign Management
  • Providing technical thought leadership, coaching, and mentorship in the field of data science
  • Evolving the approach for the application of machine learning and deep learning to existing program and project disciplines
  • Directing research and evaluation for open-source and vendor solutions in the analytics platforms space

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or other quantitative or computational field
  • 8 years of experience applying methods in machine learning and deep learning to develop data-driven solutions, preferably in eCommerce and AdTech
  • Expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Python, R, Scala, or TensorFlow
  • Experience working in a Unix/Linux environment for automating processes with shell scripting
  • Excellent quantitative skills and the ability to tell a story using data
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
