Senior User Experience Designer Role

As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in shaping the end-to-end product experience for our integrated spend management tool. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of human-centred design and user experience principles.

The successful candidate will have excellent visual communication skills, including sketching, storyboarding, customer journey mapping, building wireframes, and working prototypes. They will also possess a passion for high-quality design execution and a solid sense of ownership over the product outcome.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or Computer Science is desirable. A working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, and Zeplin is also required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating design sprints, workshops, and user research
  • Collaborating across teams to influence product decisions

Preferred qualifications include experience in Fintech and a solid understanding of user experience principles.
