At the forefront of automotive electronics innovation, we seek an exceptional Automotive Embedded Hardware Director to spearhead our team's endeavors. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering cutting-edge instrument clusters, infotainment systems, cameras, and cockpit electronics controllers that meet or exceed global vehicle OEM standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently lead electrical hardware design tasks to ensure successful project execution.
  • Review customer specifications and requirements to guarantee alignment with project goals.
  • Design and develop automotive products utilizing microcontrollers, system-on-chips (SOCs), high-speed memory, low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS), and FPD Link-III circuitry.
  • Develop and maintain digital core designs, audio and camera signal processing, analog and digital control logic, and linear and switching power supplies.
  • Perform worst-case analysis and simulations to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Support product design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Create and maintain schematic and assembly drawings and release them within the change management structure.
  • Develop and maintain electrical Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
  • Generate electrical information for PCB layout and support ECAD designers.
  • Support hardware prototype build and testing.
  • Create product verification plans and perform testing.
  • Support electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and validation testing.
  • Apply structured problem-solving techniques to resolve test failure issues.
  • Present product designs, analysis, and testing results to customers.

Required skills include lab equipment experience with power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and multi-meters. A passion for innovative embedded system design and leadership skills are essential for this position.
