Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving workplace IT strategy and overseeing end-user computing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing comprehensive EUC strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop EUC Strategy: Create a strategic plan for end-user computing that aligns with business needs and objectives.
  • Lead Global Teams: Oversee global teams and vendor ecosystems to drive technological advancements and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST), and service management best practices.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to align workplace IT strategy with business needs and drive employee experience improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: 15+ years of experience in Workplace IT / End User Computing leadership roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep technical expertise in end-user computing (devices, collaboration tools, secure printing, onboarding/offboarding processes).
  • Cloud Technologies: Proven hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, Intune, and other modern workplace/cloud technologies.
  • Compliance and Security: Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and security standards.
  • Service Management: Solid experience with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
