Senior Jira Administrator

Join Adform's IT Infrastructure & Security department and be part of a dynamic team responsible for owning and operating our internal infrastructure. We deliver support and equipment for all employees and are responsible for IT at Adform offices. Our team is passionate about developing and maintaining Adform Business Solutions and driving the Business Solution Tech Roadmap. We also establish and maintain the enterprise security vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected, across Dev & IT and our internal infrastructure.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be working with various stakeholders globally in Adform. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right value is created by supporting and developing Jira while aligning with overall strategy. As a Senior Jira Administrator, you will be a part of the team IT Operations in infrastructure and Security department.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, administer and manage Adform instance of Jira
- Configuring roles - Ensure that the right department roles exist in the Jira and Confluence, and align with IT Operation on what roles has to be assigned to users.
- Serve as a JIRA / Atlassian technical resource (Subject Matter Expert)
- Provide day-to-day support, administration, maintenance and enhancement of Jira
- Recommend improvements to operational efficiencies and streamline work efforts based on standardized and implemented processes, while ensuring alignment with Atlassian best practices for reducing complexities.
- Support, compile and troubleshoot Atlassian tools
- Stakeholders on customizing JIRA workflow
- Integrating JIRA with Confluence
- Creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
- Training on Jira and Jira Agile best practices, custom dashboards, and custom reports
- Researching, evaluating, installing, and managing JIRA add–ons
- Able to create complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes
- In possession of excellent problem-solving skills and process implementation skills
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
