This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC) Engineer located in Navi Mumbai.

The QAQC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services by developing and implementing quality control and assurance processes and procedures.

The successful candidate will conduct quality audits, perform inspections, and identify quality issues to ensure continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling TPI independently
  • Document control (Gad, ITP, Procedure, ISO documentation, Inspection reports, NCR-CAPA)
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
  • Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
  • Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements
  • Ensuring workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
  • Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
  • Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
  • Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes
  • Maintaining Rejection, Rework record
  • 5'S monitoring at the department

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma with adequate experience
  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality Assurance/Control, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with Codes (ASTM SEC II Part A & B, Sec IX, Sec V, Sec VII) and ISO knowledge
  • Experience with 7 QC tools
  • Teamwork, Interpersonal skills, good written and oral communication, and attention to detail
  • Technical understanding, Design skills, Problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Additionally, certifications in quality control and assurance, experience in manufacturing or construction sectors, and knowledge of statistical analysis software would be beneficial.
