Account Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Account Recovery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring overdue accounts for unsecured loans.

Your primary objective will be to engage with customers to negotiate and resolve repayment issues in a professional and respectful manner. You will work closely with internal teams and legal departments to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during recovery processes.

  • Manage and monitor overdue accounts for unsecured loans.
  • Conduct field visits for follow-ups and recovery from delinquent customers.
  • Engage with customers to negotiate and resolve repayment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and collection efforts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and legal departments when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during recovery processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. You should be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
