As a crucial member of an investment team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and focusing the value and impact delivered across the business and with clients.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing potential investment opportunities to assess their viability
  • Conducting thorough due diligence on these opportunities, including macro and micro economic factor analysis
  • Preparing detailed investment memos for presentation to the Investment Committee
  • Engaging with external diligence agencies and lawyers to finalize due diligence and transaction documents
  • Monitoring investee companies post-investment to ensure optimal performance
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective steps as necessary

You will also be responsible for preparing internal discussion memos for investment appraisal and taking recovery steps for realization of invested amounts if required. Additionally, you will prepare various communications to be sent out to investors.

We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint. Experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and database management is highly desirable.

Academic qualifications include Chartered Accountant (Rankers/Freshers) or MBA, with 0-5 years of experience in debt investments/credit evaluation. If you have a passion for investing and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.
