Financial Associate Role Overview

This role involves performing a range of financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable processing, invoice verification, and expense management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verifying invoices and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Managing expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a BPM/SSC environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, as well as experience with accounting software such as E1, QuickBooks, or SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
