Job Title: Learning Facilitator

Key Responsibilities:

Liaison and Coordination:

Training and Development:
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and other training events.
  • Lead and manage a team of trainers to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Maintain records of employee training and development.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Review training received and verify accuracy of training files.
  • Manage all training-related documentation.
  • Maintain and update training calendars.
  • Audit documentation for completed training.
