Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:
We require a skilled Manual QA Tester with hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms to test web and mobile applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review system specifications, analyze business requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Design and execute manual test cases for e-commerce features, including regression, functional, integration, and UI testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Work closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Manual QA Tester.
- Proven experience testing e-commerce platforms or applications.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with test case management tools like TestRail or Zephyr.
- Experience working with issue tracking tools like JIRA.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with cross-browser and mobile testing.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Familiarity with databases and ability to write basic SQL queries.
- Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium is a plus but not required.
- Exposure to platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom-built e-commerce systems.
